I cannot stress this enough. This will only lead to frustration and a burst in your weight-loss bubble. Staying motivated and seeing results is just as important as eating the right foods. Weight-loss changes do not take place overnight. Weigh yourself on the same scale once per week in the morning. Record your weight from week to week to monitor your progress.
